This depends on the required type of installation and the property’s size. As a rule of thumb, fitting central heating in a three-bedroom house can take 2-3 days – but, with our central heating installation services, we aim to be as quick as possible.

This is not necessary at all, as we always aim to minimise any inconvenience or disruption when installing central heating. As part of this effort, we will leave your home’s hot water and heating on for as long as practically possible.

There is no single, uniform answer to this, as it very much depends on the chosen product and service and even what time of day we will carry out the work. However, we offer fixed-price quotes to make budgeting easier for you.

Unfortunately, no. Instead, we charge an hourly rate – but, if we can repair the fault during the first hour, you will not pay for more than a single hour’s work. We can also undertake regular boiler servicing.

When booking your appointment, you can choose either an AM or PM time slot. Then, closer to the engineer’s time of arrival, you will be notified by email or text exactly when that will be.

We would advise you to switch off your home’s main water supply at the stopcock before calling out one of our plumbers, who can quickly turn up to repair the leak and so help to minimise leak-related damage.

Usually, no – though there are some exceptions, such as with our cooker installation and bathroom installation services. Otherwise, we strictly source materials from manufacturers we especially trust, enabling you to feel confident about the quality of work you will receive.

Absolutely. No matter what type of boiler or tap you have in your home and from what brand or installer, we can provide any of the boiler repair or tap repair services you could need.

No, as we always make good any parts of your home we have had to damage, such as through drilling, as part of the work – and we will account for that “making good” in the initial quotation.
